What the promise covers
Registration office not connected
We cannot file with your registration office. Full amount back.
Code definitively unreadable
Still not legible after the free correction round. Full amount back.
Application rejected
The registration office rejects it for reasons that are not down to your details. Full amount back.
What it does not cover: if the vehicle was already deregistered, if the details were knowingly wrong, or if you had already destroyed the plates before ordering. In those cases we look at each one individually and get back to you.
How the refund works
We refund through the same route you paid by, so back to your PayPal account. You do not have to apply for anything or prove anything; we start the refund ourselves as soon as it is clear that it will not work.
