Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This English text is a reading aid. The German version is the binding one; where the two differ, the German wording applies.
The check costs nothing and you reveal nothing during it.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Sabur Mortazawi, Pastoor Petersstraat 170-46, 5612 LW Eindhoven, Niederlande) by means of an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period expires.
Early expiry
If you expressly request that we begin filing before the withdrawal period expires, your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed (§ 356(4) BGB).
You confirm that request expressly during the order process, and you receive written confirmation afterwards by e-mail. Without that confirmation your right of withdrawal does not expire.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. We use the same means of payment as for the original transaction and charge no fee for it.
If you requested early performance and withdraw before the service is fully performed, you owe a reasonable amount for what has already been done.
