Sold, scrapped, or just standing still?
Selling is the most common reason. Next comes taking a car off the road: it just stands there while the vehicle tax and the insurance keep running. Both only stop with the deregistration, not with the sales contract.
We only deregister. Registering, re-registering and transferring a keeper are things we are not allowed to do for you, because the law requires the keeper’s own online ID function for those.
