The check costs nothing and you reveal nothing during it.
Subject
We file the deregistration of your vehicle with the competent registration office on your behalf. We are not a government body; the registration office decides on the application.
We owe you proper filing, not the success of the official procedure. If success fails to materialise for reasons that are not down to you, we refund the full amount.
Price and payment
The price is 14,95 euro including your registration office's fee. No further costs arise.
Payment is made when you order, through PayPal. The amount is shown directly above the order button (§ 312j(2) BGB).
Your part
You confirm that you are entitled to deregister the vehicle and that your details are correct. You reveal the security codes yourself; that is irreversible and makes your plates invalid immediately.
Withdrawal
As a consumer you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The details and consequences are set out in the withdrawal policy.
