Process and requirements
Do I need a BundID?
No. For a deregistration, identification is waived as soon as the security codes are entered (§ 24 paragraph 4 FZV).
How long does it take?
Entering the details takes about ten minutes. The confirmation usually arrives the same working day.
Do I have to go to the registration office?
No. Neither you nor we do.
Can you also register or re-register a vehicle?
No. § 20 FZV requires secure identification of the keeper for that, which we cannot provide for you.
Money
What does it cost?
14,95 euro. One amount, everything included, even your registration office's fee.
When is the money taken?
When you order. You see the amount directly above the order button.
And if it does not work out?
Then you get the full amount back without having to apply for anything.
Are there any extra costs?
No. No subscription, no customer account, not a single upsell.
Codes and service
Where do I find the security codes?
One on the Zulassungsbescheinigung Teil I, and one under the round seal on each of the two number plates.
What if a code is unreadable?
Then the free correction round starts. You can send a photo, and if it definitively fails you get your money back.
How do I reach a human?
By e-mail. We do not have a phone number, and we do not pretend otherwise. On working days we reply within 24 hours, and a human replies.
